      We will accept returns for any reason on brand new and unused items within 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in 100% brand new, re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging (box). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our criteria of 'brand new & re-sellable' - items not meeting this criteria will be issued a partial refund or be denied completely. All returns are subjected to a restocking fee of 10% or more, depending on the condition of your return. Generally, if the item has been tried, assembled, or utilized the item will not be accepted for a return.

      Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund however, Home Aesthetics will require photos (or video) of the defect prior to authorizing the return. For damaged/defective/wrong items, please contact us and we'll be happy to walk you through our return process. Home Aesthetics will cover all shipping charges in these situations. However, we must be notified of damaged/defective/wrong item(s) within 3 business days of receiving item(s). There are no warranties expressed or implied on our products. We guarantee the product to be free from defects of workmanship for 30 days from date of sale.

      All returns require an RMA number. Please contact us and we will issue an RMA number, which must written down on the return packing slip, invoice, or label. Returns without an RMA will be rejected or their refund delayed. Customers must cover the return shipping cost. We require a tracking number on all returns. It is also strongly recommended that insurance is purchased. In the event of lost or damaged returns due to shipping, customers will be able to issue a claim with the shipping company.
